1. Services

MyntSocial designs, builds, and launches businesses for creators — including SaaS products, AI tools, ecommerce brands, apps, memberships, and digital products. The exact deliverables, timeline, and milestones for your engagement are defined in the tier you purchase and any written scope document we agree with you. Those documents control if they conflict with marketing copy on this site.

2. Applications

Submitting an application does not create a contract. We review audience quality, monetization potential, and concept fit, and may decline any application at our discretion. Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share.

3. Fees, deposits, and refunds

• Prices are quoted in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
• Engagements may be paid in full at checkout or with a 50% deposit; the balance is due at the milestone stated in your scope, before final delivery.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work begins, because capacity is reserved and design and engineering time is allocated to your venture.
• If we have not started work, you may cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of work.

4. Ownership of work

On paid engagements, all code, brand assets, customer data, and equity in the venture transfer to you on receipt of final payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, internal libraries, and generic know-how, and grant you a perpetual, worldwide license to use them as embedded in your deliverables. Partnership engagements are the only structure in which MyntSocial holds equity or a revenue share, on the terms of a separate signed agreement.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, approvals, brand assets, and account access.
• Own or license everything you supply to us, including audience and media assets.
• Operate the launched business in compliance with applicable law, including advertising, disclosure, tax, and consumer protection rules.

Delays caused by missing input may shift the timeline without penalty to us.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to submit unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content, attempt to breach security, scrape at a rate that degrades service, or resell our services as your own without a written agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business, product, financial, and audience information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement.

8. No earnings guarantee

Any revenue figures, case examples, or projections on this site are illustrative. Results depend on your audience, execution, market conditions, and factors outside our control. MyntSocial does not guarantee any specific financial outcome.

9. Warranties and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, MyntSocial's total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 15 days of written notice. On termination you pay for work completed to date and we deliver work product paid for.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
