Privacy Policy

MyntSocial is a creator venture studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you browse myntsocial.com, apply for a venture build, purchase an engagement, or complete onboarding — and how we use, share, store, and delete it.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Who we are

MyntSocial ("MyntSocial", "we", "us") operates myntsocial.com and related services. For privacy questions, data access requests, or deletion requests, contact cyberprosoftware@gmail.com. We act as the data controller for information collected through this website.

2. Data we collect

  • Application data — name, email, social handles, audience size, niche, engagement type (paid build or partnership), budget, and the project details you submit on /apply.
  • Purchase data — billing name, email, engagement tier, deposit or full payment amount, and payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
  • Onboarding data — brand, product, audience, and operational details you submit after a purchase so we can start your build.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, and pages viewed, collected through server logs and optional analytics cookies.
  • Communications — emails and messages you send us, and notification records generated when you take an action on the site.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.

3. Why we use it (legal bases)

  • To evaluate applications and respond to you — performance of a contract / pre-contract steps.
  • To deliver, invoice, and support a purchased engagement — contract performance.
  • To send transactional email such as confirmations and status updates — contract performance.
  • To secure the site, prevent fraud, and improve our services — legitimate interests.
  • To set optional analytics cookies — your consent, withdrawable at any time.
  • To meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations — legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with vetted processors: our cloud database and authentication provider (application, order, and onboarding records), our payment processor (checkout and billing), our transactional email provider (confirmations and notifications), and our hosting and analytics providers. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

6. Retention

  • Applications that do not convert: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Client and order records: 7 years, to satisfy tax and accounting obligations.
  • Server and notification logs: up to 12 months.
  • Cookie consent preference: 12 months from your last choice.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR/UK GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. California residents may also opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — we do not engage in either — and will not be discriminated against for exercising a right. Email cyberprosoftware@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Data is stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security, submissions are processed server-side, and secrets are held in an encrypted store. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected users and regulators of a qualifying breach without undue delay.

9. Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for the categories we use and how to change your choice at any time.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as our services change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and where required we will ask for renewed consent.
